What is the name of your state? California

I was in a car accident in June of 2001. The claim closed in June of 2002. In November of 2002 I received, for the first time, a bill for X-rays that were taken in August of 2001. Is there a statute of limitations on how long a company can bill after initial treatment?

My response:

Four years.
