Early termination fee for internet

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
My contract does not state their is an early termination fee any place, but does state to visit the website for full terms and conditions of service. I am under contract and I'm trying to cancel service. Is the statement about going to the website for full terms enough to cover the early termination fee justification on their part? The website does have information about the termination fee.
