I purchased a used bag on ebay. It was supposed to arrive before I went on an extended trip out of the country, but it was delayed until after I left. I did not get to inspect the bag until over a month after it arrived. It was not exactly as described and had more damage then the description claimed. I tried to take it to be fixed, but a specialist told me there was nothing that could be done. I tried contacting the seller for over a month and when a got no response I cancelled it through my credit card company. She finally emailed me a nasty letter telling me that she had informed paypal that she would be taking legal action if she didn't get the money back and since I made the complaint over a month after the bag was delivered I had no claim (she thinks I used the bag and now have buyers remorse). Do I have a valid claim?
I still have the bag. Should I return it now or wait for the credit card company to tell me to do so?

Hard to real know with out reading the actual auction ad.


Did you make it clear to the seller you needed this bag A.S.A.P.?
Did you file a complaint with Safe Harbor?
Did her auction clarify no returns? Item as it?
Did you pay through Pay Pal?
