I have a client who had a 2 yr service agreement with a 'fine print' aoutomatic renewal clause (for another year) if not given 60 days notice. She then tried to get out of the K with a certified letter giving 60 days and now company wants her to pay the accelerated amount for the next 2 year term.

Additionally, in one place on the K, the security company forged her initials (she can prove because she still has her copy of the original k). It is an irrelevant part of the K to this dispute, but how does that affect the viability of the whole K? Or does this just give us leverage to threaten complaints to authorities and state agencies?
