I live in Illinois and I have tickets to a concert in Indiana. The above link has "some" guidlines as to selling tickets in a given state.
1. How can I go about finding information on the laws in MY state about selling tickets to events outside of my state (or if any exist).
{I'd be using an on-line auction service like Ebay and I AM NOT a licensed ticket broker}
2. The ebay link shows that only a handful of states have any guidlines about "scalping" tickets at all. Why don't the other states have guidlines?
My ultimate goal here is to NOT break the law. Thanks!
