What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas. I bought a truck with an extended bumper to bumper warranty of which I'm still paying notes on. About 3 months later the car dealer filed bankruptcy without giving me my tags or notifying me of this event. Since then I've sent them a letter of demand , they called me and gave me their lawyer's phone number and in turn I've called him and left a number of messages for him to contact me on this matter but he has still not returned my calls. What can I do ? PLEASE HELP!!!!! The warranty is worth over 2500.00.
