I belonged to CarClub.Com when they went out of business.
One month prior to that I had submitted a claim for a $500 deductible that they were suppose to cover. I had turned in all the necessary paperwork including the accident report and the bill for repair with the deductible noted on the data. I still have not receive the $500 as of this date. I have E-mail and called CarClub, and you are not able to talk to them. There is a message to call Cynosure claims administrator at 1(8100771-3334. I have left messages for someone to call me, but still no response. You cannot speak to a live body at either location. I would appreciate your advice. Thanks!
