I bought or am buying a car it is a 2004 and it dies on me in traffic and pulling into traffic. I called the dealership and they said my warranty already expired and I would have to pay to get it fixed not a problem if it was my fault, but the dealership told me my car was the third one in a few months that has come back with this problem. Yet they are not recalling it- and I have to pay to get a program downloaded to my car that has no guarantee that it will even work- is this a lemon or FAIR?
