California: Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, my rights have been violated. I asked Equifax and Transuinion to investigate some credit inquiries on my report. They refused even though I tols them that the companies did not have a permissible purpose. They had thiry days to investigate and they didn't? Should I sue in small claims court? I can't just let them violate my rights, correct?
