What constitutes false advertising in general?

Is it enough for an ad on a website to appear to say something that it doesn't? What are the possible rewards if you bring it to court and win?

It says what it says. Read the words. If this doesn't jive with what they deliver, false advertising.

As to the REward, depends on whether you bring it in dead or alive.
