i am in the USMC delayed enlistment program. i sworn in the first time but not the second time, and i have not yet been to boot camp. my problem is i dont what to be in the USMC. my recruter says that i will be in violation of federal penal code 750 404 section 404: desertion from military service after having been sworn into. i am not 18, and wont be till after boot camp. is there anyway of getting out of this?
