What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

The finance company used to purchase a car is now refusing to provide the original documentation to qualify my friend and me for the loan ... do they have to provide that information? Thank you!

What documents exactly are you asking for? Where are your copies, the ones you were provided at the loan orgination?
