What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I negotiated a salt water disposal well on some family property. I would like to get 10-15% of the $3000/month 5 year lease. Is this possible if I do not have the mineral rights? But could I get it listed in the lease as a finders fee or administrator clause, or something to that affect?
