I an from Georgia. I have purchased a franchise, and after 2 months they have started coming up with other fees. The fees are not in my signed Franchise Agreement. But the franchiser states that the charges are in the FTC Circular Offering. Is the information in the circular, legal binding on the franchisor (me)??
