What is the name of your state?

California

I have a fraud case and I know it, it may even be on more than one count. The only problem is the dealership I bought my car from was sold and is now under new ownership. I have the contact information for the previous and present owner. I also found out that the owner of the dealership at the time I bought my car is currently the owner of another dealership. My question is do I still have a case due to this liability circumstance?
