Friend would not return money :(

What is the name of your state (VA)?

I let my friend borrower some money from me. Its been quite some time now and he does not pick up my phone calls any more. He has moved out of country temprarily but his business is still in operation here. What is the best way to get the money back from him?

Don't know which is BEST way.... but you can try:
1) Send Uncle Vito to 'deliver a message'.... if you know what I mean!!! or
2) Lawsuit.
