GA 3-day right of rescission law?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

In state of GA, signed a contract for purchase of a 10-yr. service agreement - contract says no way to back out - but have been told that in Georgia, you always have 3 days to get out of a contract - have paid $1,000 and remainder to be paid monthly for 12 mos. - do I have 3 days or not?

    Georgia - right of rescission?

10 year service for family to have EBT body scans - free scan given to couple in exchange for presentation of services and platinum family plan for scans over a 10 year period - contract signed at place where scans are done.....
