I sold a TV ($715) to a lady last week in perfect working condition. She now claims that it doesnt work and wants her money back. No receipts were given. Am I obligated to give her her money back? WHat kind of return policy is acceptable for garage sales?

Then, I suppose you could tell her that it worked fine when she bought it and that you are not responsible if she broke it after the fact.
