On Jan05,05 my gateway laptop mx520xl was delivered but locked up on the 13th of Jan leaving it useless.After 2 1/2 months waiting for a new harddrive and being told it was still on back order.Do i have any recourse legally?The computer was purchased via phone and delivered by ups to my address In Arkansas.
