Last spring, my husband purchased a camper trailer from a guy he works with ($2700). After using it only 2 times we found that it was falling apart and many things in it weren't working - after he told us it had just been fixed up and anything wrong with it had been repaired - we returned it. He said he would pay us back but we still haven't seen a dime. Now, almost a year later, he says that he doesn't owe us anything, we don't get the trailer back and he's going to let his friend sell it. What do I have to do to get my $2700 back or the trailer back? I can't believe that he can get away with double selling it!
