i had recently bought a new truck last year with a girlfriend , since then we have split up but the probem is the truck the loan is in my name as the main holder and the title of the truck is in her name , i do not have the truck , and she is not makeing the payments on the truck now , what can be done legally , and is the contract right as me the main holder without the title in my name
