my husband and i are stationed in germany, he sold his car to a military member, the guy gave us $500 to hold the car and to drive it of the carlot, we parked the car at his house so he was sure we don't drive it no more, he was gona pay us on the first of june and 2 days ago he called and told us he dose not want the car no more, we had more people who wanted the car but because he gave us the $500 to hold it we told the other people it is sold, now he wants his money back, do we have to give it back?
