Step 1. Proceed to gym.
Step 2. Enter free weight area.
Step 3. Place 3 45# weights at either end of barbell.
Step 4. Using the "clean and jerk", lift weighted barbell.
Step 5. Drop barbell on head.
Step 6. Forward death certificate to gym with your cancellation notice.

You could always decide to actually use the service you've been paying for, and will pay for, for the next 14 months. Happy lifting!

My response:

And, gee, I thought people in MA were relatively smart people. I guess we were both wrong.

Did you seriously believe that we, or any legal site for that matter, would counsel you to breach your valid contract? If you did, then you really are an idiot!

I hope you default, and they sue your stupid ass.

[quote=siderail]Thought i joined a legal advice forum .....i guess it is just another group of jackassesYou got your legal advice in the first response. The way to "break" your contract is to die. Dead people can't be held to gym contracts. Otherwise, if a contract was so easy to "break", why the hell would they even exist in the first place?

(And on the bright side, if, after dropping the weights on your head you don't die, but merely end up with brain damage, no one will ever notice the difference!)
