State of Ohio Bought a 94 Dodge Truck May 24 Nice, we thought. Had it 1 1/2 weeks, would not start. It's a diesel, said it was the humidity. Wrong! Now the truck is still not fixed, they have no clue. We don't feel we should have to pay 12,000$ for something we don't have. We have tried to talk to the dealership numerous times, always a different story. We have tried to talk to Ford Motor Credit Co. to no avail, and now the Manager/Owner of the dealership just hangs up on us. The truck is in worse shape now than it was. The 30 day tags expire Sat. and we have our first payment due real soon. The dealership had a warranty on the truck, and is not holding up his bargain. We are both under a lot of stress over this and don't know what to do. Is there something that can be done. We really can't afford an attorney right now. But we're tired of being shafted. We got rid of our old junkers so we would not have this problem. This is our first ever financing a car,and after this experience, probably the last. Can you help???? diane43101
