What is the name of your state? CA
I hired a licensed contractor with an "established" business
for installing a heating system at my house. He started the
project and it dragged on for a couple of weeks since we
changed the type of unit that we were going to install. He started
working on the installation and in the middle of the project,
abandoned it. He works on it once in a couple of weeks (if
he has the mood for it). He does not take my phone calls nor
does he return my calls when I leave him messages. There's
only a few details left and I don't know when or if he's planning
to finish it. I am left wondering how I can get this guy to finish the
project. I have paid him 50% of the cost as deposit.
