What is the name of your state? I don't live in a state, I like in New Zealand.

Hi! I'm studying Law and this is my first year can some one help me with a question please?
Would the following constitute sufficient acts of part performance to permit an oral lease to be enforced:
(a) payment of a deposit; or
(b) payment of two weeks rent in advance; or
(c) giving up an existing lease on another flat; or
(d) entering into possession of the new flat; or
(e) partially fitting out the shop to be taken on lease?

And can you please explain the answer to me. Either e-mail me or post a reply!

Thank you heaps!
