What is the name of your state? Illinois

A friend of mine had a birthday party at a hotel for her mother. They signed a contact and in the contact they agreed on a 3 hour open bar.
After the 3 hours the hotel kept the bar open, not as a cash bar, but as a open bar. They never notified or consulted my friend that they were doing this. Now the hotel is asking for an extra $380.00 for the extra time the bar was open. Is she going to get stuck paying for this extra open bar time even though the contract says it was only supposed to be for 3 hours?

thanks in advance.
