Arizona: I entered a lease on ATM from C.C.C. who agreed to pay me $255 per month. They have breached contract with no payments since November. This is a nationwide problem. They set me up with Preferred Capital to finance the machine at $290 per month. This contract states it cannot be broken by lessee. I have other companies asking how we can break this. We do not want the machine. It is only worth 4,000 new but the finance companies want $17,000 for us to get out of the lease.

My business is in Arizona. How can I get out of this without filing bankruptcy?

I have filed with Better business bureau, Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General's office.
