I got a jugment against the constraction company, because I paid earnest money for new constraction but they did not build a property. How I can get my money from them. To whom I have to contact to in order to get my money from them.

if they are licensed contractors go to your state of ill. registrar of contractors. the contractor should be bonded and also the registrar has a recovery fund that you can ask them about. if not licensed file to recover through the courts.
