how to get car back from dealer when no deal

What is the name of your state? pennsylvania
i went to a dealer looking for a new car. i was sent home with a used car for 3 days until bank approval. i did not want the car so i returned it and they told me that i could get my car back. i stopped payment on the check that i wrote. i was sent home again with a new car. i did not want to get loan approval for this car, but they did it anyway. i returned that one and they will not give my car back. my mother owns the car to and she did not sign off on it. how do we get it back? they have the trade in and i have no car at all now. how do i go about getting it back?
