I married last year and found out this year i'm not divorced from first husband. We purchased a car together in NC, he's the primary and the co and he has fled to Indiana with the car. He has no intention of making the car payments and this vehicle will be repocessed. what can i do to get my name off this car or what legal advice do you have.
