 What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could help me!? I currently live in NJ and am moving to PA in about a week. I am currently making payments on a vehicle I purchased a year ago & want to take the vehicle with me. It was purchased through a used car dealership- a smaller place, who now claims they will not allow me to take the car out of state. I have already paid over $800 in fees in case they need to repo the car etc. I have been buying cars at this place for almost 5 years now, and have never had a problem with nonpayment or reposession. What I am interested in figuring out is if they have legal ground to refuse to allow me to take the car with me (only 100 miles away), or if this is only a personal preference for the dealership. Has anyone else had this problem? I appreciate any advice anyone can give me! Thank you so much!!!
