What is the name of your state?california

We made a payment for burial plot late, but they accepted it and said it just made the cut-off. Can their management company, which is the same company but with different names, then cancel the account for late payment? I seems that they should have notified us at the time payment was made. Does anybody know where I can find this information?

No. Even if your payment WAS late, if they accepted it and said it was OK, they can't change their mind down the road and declare it late.
