What is the name of your state? california.

i have been doing contract work for a company and they now want me to sign an independent contractor agreement. it is pretty straight forward but i have one question on one of the terms; what does this really mean? (see below)

(e) CONTRACTOR represents and warrants that no obligations or restrictions of other parties have been assumed, nor will any such obligations or restrictions be assumed by the CONTRACTOR, which would in any way interfere or be inconsistent with the services to be furnished under this Agreement.
