I was not only quoted a certain cost but also signed a contract with an insurance agent at that cost for car insurance. I paid two months upfront as requested for a 6 month contract. When i recieved the policy the actual policy it reflected a much! higher price than what i had signed contract for. Can I fight this???? I am located in Indiana and this is a big name company, but i feel this is unethical and also a misrepresentation. Please advise.
