can anybody advise me on contractual law between customer and isp. my isp server have been constantly having faults and give intermittent connection with sometimes being down for days at a time.
im am being charged for this service regardless of access. Upon calling the supplier im being told the problem is being looked into. Where are my rights with this issue, because i know that in most contracts, a service must supply a satisfactory service, to which this i believe is not. where and how do i go about rectifying this situation, what are my rights?
