I have recently had a diamond ring altered at the jewellers and they have ruined it. Its now thinner on one side of the ring. Where do i stand legally about rectifying the matter?:confused:

Sorry that you didn't like that response. Maybe this one is better:

Send a 93A demand letter. If the jeweler doesn't respond, you can sue in Massachusetts court for multiple damages.

Looks like it will be a long flight to the US to sue for your screwed up ring:D

Blimey...that was totally idiotic wasn't it.
