What is the name of your state?..NEW YORK...I CO-SIGNED A AUTO LOAN FOR MY WIFE...WE JUST BECAME SEPERATED...SHE HAS STOPPED MAKING ANY PAYMENTS ON THE LOAN FORCING ME TO KEEP UP THE PAYMENTS ON MY OWN!...I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE CAR!...IS THERE ANY LEGAL WAY I COULD GET OUT OF BEING LIABLE WITH THIS LOAN?...PLEASE HELP!...THANKYOU:)

Did you read the auto loan papers that you signed regarding joint and several liability? Did you read the words in red at the top of this page regarding typing in lower case letters?
