What is the name of your state? PA
I have had a judgment against since 1997 and just found out about it when trying to re-finance. Apparently it is from a Vendor that a company I used to work for owed money to. They have the judgment against me for some reason. I cannot locate the lawyer who entered the judgment. Please Help!
If I personally guaranteed for something (which I dont think I did) will I be liable if I was not an owner or office of the company?
Please help me.
