There are three people on my lease: myself, my girlfriend, and her father. Only myself and my girlfriend live here.
I need to know what my rights are. Can I have someone she invites here removed? If she brings people here that distrurb me, am I being denied by her the quiet enjoyment of the premises, and can I sue successfully? If she herself makes life uncomfortable, where do I stand as to legal remedies?
