I am having alot of financial problems and our car notes have been late. We keep in contact with them but they won't work with us. We asked them to please waive late charges, we have told them when we get paid to send next payment in, but they won't work with us! I thought I heard something about they can't charge you more then 60.00 for late fees or something like that. That is why I am writing. What can we do? Can we get out of finance charges or late fees so our cars won't be repoed. We already have bad credit and are really trying to straighten it up.We live in Ohio but thst isn't were the loans are through
