to the point - husband and wife leased honda while married.
now divorced, husband asked for honda at legal separation. lawyer wrote this into the legal separation doc's.
separation agreement was forwarded to honda lease.
later x hubby returned honda to dealer due to non payment.
honda is asking x wife for payment. this on credit report now.
honda has not made any threats!
what is hondas next move? have not heard from honda for about
