I have a lease with Bank Of America for 5 years. I have completed 2.5 years so far and I have over 100,000 miles on the car. The payoff right now is 15,000. What would the reprecutions be if I just let them repo the car? Could they sue me and if so do you think they would? Could someone please help me out?
