Can a phone company charge for a service that you have not applied for, but used because you thought it was the service that you had applied for? The company made not a single mention that it was a different service, with different rates, and induces you to use it. Now it says that I used it because I wanted, and it's my own fault, not theirs!!Is this legal???What can I do?

By the way, the company is AT&T.
