once a contract has been signed between buyer and seller what rights does the buyer have?

my 19 year old daughter purchased a car from a dealership, signed papers, paid deposit and now the dealership wants the car back on saying she falsifed her application. i, her mother after talking to the salesmen fould out that he falsied her application without our knowledge.
