Plano, Texas I had a voluntary reposession about a year ago. They resold vehicle and want me to pay over 9k. what legal right do they have to get their money. Received a citation asking me to write a letter. I want to apply for a house, and I want to know what they can do. I know it's on my credit report. Is this citation valid or just another request to get the 9k?
Thanks!
