What is the name of your state? Maryland

We are putting together a privacy policy for a new website we will be launching. The site in not intended for children and does not require us to comply with COPPA - we will state this. However, if a child does use the site (I can't imagine why they would want to) and pays for services with a valid credit card, I think there is a law in MD that states that individuals under a certain age will not be held liable for payment. Does anyone know what that age is and what the specifics of the law surrounding this issue are in the State of MD? Thanks.
