Lein?

I have a small business servicing specific boating/fishing equiptment in Georgia. After servicing a boat the owner, despite his assurances, refuses to pick up his boat and pay his bill ($1300+) for the last 14 months. What is the most practical way to obtain payment for my servicies? Thanks.
