What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I need help with what I should do next, I bought a 2009 is250 that had recall work done by lexus at 67k, complete engine tear down. They replaced pistons ect and it has a year warranty on the repair work, and the work was done horrible. I noticed idle issues and it smelling like sulfer while on the highway so I took it in, they looked over it and said nothing was wrong and gave me a car wash. Well the problem persisted so I decided to look under the hood myself and there was a MAJOR ground wire unconnected to the motor and it was leeking antifreeze. So I took it back in they reattached it and bled the system and gave another free carwash. Well a few weeks later I still had the idle issue and noticed white smoke on startup so I filmed it to show the service manager. They looked over the car AGAIN and said the smoke was from starting it in the cold in the morning, well it was 75 degrees im the afternoon and billowed smoke from the tailpipe. It keeps blowing white smoke on startup and they refuse to fix it since they can't replicate it and theres no check engine light on. I am so pissed at the service department and I think they want me to just go away, wasting my time until the year warranty work runs out. Hell even today I started it and yup...white smoke on startup. I dont know what im going to do since they deny anything is wrong. I have videos of the car blowing white smoke and they say its "suspect". So any help as to what to do next I'd appreciate it

video of white smoke on start up, this was filmed on 4/25/2015 in the afternoon, 75 degrees. tech says this is "water vapor"

White smoke out of the tailpipe is sign of a coolant leak. This probably means a blown head gasket. Driving the car in this condition is not wise, it can cause the engine to overheat and seize.
