What is the name of your state? Arizona

I am the owner of a small furniture cleaning business. Damage was done to a carpet during a cleaning. I have no problem replacing the carpet, but the owner is now insisting that when we replace the carpet her piano will be moved and therefore it will need to be retuned. Am I liable for this as well????

I think she's trying to scam a free re-tune out of you. She's already getting all new carpet...tell her no on the re-tune. Let her try to sue you for that...it'll cost her more to prove it was in-tune before it was moved and then out-of-tune after it was moved.
